Terms of Stay

By making a reservation with Pahuna Management, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings

Reservations are confirmed once acknowledged by our team via WhatsApp, phone or email. Standard check-in is 1:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early or late requests are subject to availability.

Identification

All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. International guests must present a valid passport and visa.

Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the first night's tariff.

House rules

Non-smoking property. Visitors must be registered at reception. Damage to property is chargeable at replacement cost. The management reserves the right to refuse service.

Liability

Please secure valuables in your room safe. Pahuna Management is not liable for personal belongings left unattended.
